Graduate Registered Nurse Program
Join our team of specialist palliative care nursing staff who provide person-centred care in a unique home-like environment at Hospice.
Albany Community Hospice is offering an opportunity for a Registered Nurse to learn and experience palliative care nursing with buddy shifts, mentoring, professional and educational development opportunities during the 12 month term of our Graduate Program.
