Registered Nurse
04FTE -0.6FTE Fixed Term Contract: (30th March 2026 –28th June 2026)
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our clinical team on a 0.6 FTE Fixed Term basis. In this rewarding role, you’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, holistic palliative care to patients and their families.
This is more than just a nursing role — it’s an opportunity to support individuals at one of the most important moments in life.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver safe, evidence-based palliative care aligned with patients' values and preferences
Monitor and respond to patient changes with appropriate clinical action and documentation
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care
Communicate respectfully and compassionately with patients, carers, and colleagues
